    (A) 
    You can start earning points by first joining the Rewards Program.

    1.) Start shopping on our store and make purchases.
    2.) Start Liking, Sharing, Follow Us, and Refer Your Friends through Social Media.

    (Q) How do I redeem points?
    (A) 
    You can redeem points by accruing enough points for $5, $10, or $25 discounts.

    Login to redeem your points.

  • 500 points for $5 discount
  • 1000 points for $10 discount
  • 2500 points for $25 discount

  • Shipping information:

  • MyOrganicGrocery.com ships to all valid residential and commercial addresses in the Contiguous U.S.  We also ship to Alaska and Hawaii.
  • Do we ship to PO Boxes? Yes.
  • Our orders ship within 24 to 72 hours of when they are placed.
  • If the product(s) from the manufacturer have been discontinued or back-ordered, we cancel the order and issue a refund. (See Refund Policy).
  • Shipping is free on all orders within the Continental United States.  (except: Alaska, Hawaii, Guam, Puerto Rico, and Virgin Islands).
  • You will receive shipping confirmation via email with tracking information once your order ships from the warehouse.
  • Multi-Product Order - If the order contains more than one (1) product, there is a possibility that the order may be shipped in multiple boxes.
    The products may ship from different warehouses. This may have the products arrive at different dates.
  • If the package was delivered to the destination by the shipping carrier (either UPS or USPS),
    verified by tracking the package with the tracking number, and you did not receive it,
    please contact the carrier that signed-off the package and file a lost claim.

     Track Your Package:
    If you do or do not know your tracking number:
    1.) Login to your Account.
    2.) Click on the order number you want to track.
    3.) Click on the tracking number.

    You can also track the package:
    1.) Go to UPS.com and enter the tracking number.
    OR
    2.) Go to USPS.com and enter the tracking number.


    • Subscription Services:

    • (Q) How do I create a Subscription?
    1. Create a Store Account.
    2. Go to the product page you would like to add a Subscription to, then click on 'Subscribe".
    3. Pick a Delivery schedule: Weekly or Monthly
      (We currently have 1 to 10 week or month intervals for subscriptions).
    4. Add the product to your cart and you are done.  Do this same process for every product you would like a subscription to.
      You can see your subscriptions in your Account.
    • (Q) How do I change the recurring date of a subscription?
      (A) If you are interested in changing your subscription date (say from the 1st of every month to the 5th),
      log in to your Account and manage your subscription dates that you want to change.

    • (Q) Will the price of the product stay the same through my subscription period?
      (A) If there is no price change from the manufacturer then your price will stay the same.
      Occasionally the manufacturer will adjust pricing on their products which will change the price of the product on your subscription.

    • (Q) When will I be billed?
      (A) When you place a recurring "subscription" order, you will be billed that initial day and then every time it recurs.  For example:  If your initial order is placed on the 1st of the month and then select to have it recur every month, your billing will happen on the 1st of every month.  We have subscription options to receive products on a weekly or monthly basis.  Every customer has a unique billing schedule based off when they placed their initial order and what frequency they select for their subscriptions.

    • (Q) How can I change my credit card information on my subscription?
      (A) You can change your credit card information by logging in to your Account and manage your subscriptions.
      Or, you can contact us and we would be happy to help you out.

    • (Q) How do I cancel a subscription?
      (A) If you are interested in cancelling your subscription, log in to your Account and manage your subscription that you want to cancel.
