- If the product(s) from the manufacturer have been discontinued or back-ordered, we cancel the order and issue a refund. (See Refund Policy).
- You will receive a shipping confirmation via email with tracking information once your order ships from the warehouse.
- Multi-Product Order - If the order contains more than one (1) product, there is a possibility that the order may be shipped in multiple boxes.
- The products may ship from different warehouses. This may have the products arrive at different dates.
Missing/Stolen Package - If the package was delivered to the destination by the shipping carrier (either UPS or USPS),
verified by tracking the package with the tracking number, and you did not receive it,
please contact the carrier that signed-off the package and file a lost claim.
